1-1-3 The equipment has the function of maximum calibration amount setting (limit) to protect the workpiece from being broken or cracked by excessive correction.
1-1-4 The equipment has the function of bending digital display and bar diagram intuitive display. The man-machine dialogue interface in Chinese or English is beautiful and fresh, which is convenient for operators to learn and operate.
1-1-5 Industry measurement and control software has self-learning function, which can process the previous correction data for statistics, establish the best correction curve, and automatically call the best correction amount according to different systems of the workpiece bending amount.
1-1-6 After the automatic calibration work cycle is completed, the calibration function automatically determines whether the workpiece meets the tolerance requirements, and gives the indication signal.
1-1-7 The equipment has the manual adjustment function, and the operator can separately operate each action unit of the calibration machine, so as to adjust the mechanical state.
1-1-8 Device parameters can call the corresponding functions according to different permissions.The operator can only replace the type of workpiece.Qualified quantity, correction quantity and other parameters affecting product quality and system safety operation can be changed by the authority of the equipment administrator.
